Quite a big branch of Uniqlo with a separate floor for men's. Ladies' on the ground floor. Staff are friendly.

This uniqlo store Kensington high street London is a very good place to buy trendy clothes. We shopped for our family and picked up a few good winter and all weather jackets. Staff are good however busy due to the holiday season. Walkable distance from the Kensington station. I have visited this store twice and they are a good place to get clothes for the whole family.

Click-and-collect check-in was fine. However, it took longer than I thought for them to find my order and bring it to me. The brand could provide some seating for people waiting to collect orders.

Amazing store, very big, loads of inventory and great capsule wardrobe pieces, not to mention the viral bags. They also have a Japanese café with drinks and sweets in the top floor and the embroidery station for items you buy there. Although you do have to book that in advance. They do take walk ins, but only if they have time between appointments so you might have to wait a long time.

Some great products but their stores - aaaaagh! If they have the colour way they don’t have your size, if they have your size it’s only in grey. And to cap it off the staff immediately say ‘better shop online’. As if it was available online!!!

I have shopped multiple times at the High Street Kensington branch and every time I go, the lovely staff give me a reason to smile. They have great customer service and I love the diversity of their employees.
